Although Lindsay Lohan was hoping to see Christian LaBella, the man who allegedly assaulted her during an altercation in her hotel room early this morning, brought to justice for his crimes against the starlet, he is apparently now a free man!
That's right, after being arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment, sources with the NYPD have confirmed that everything against him has been dropped!
Very inneresting, indeed!
Especially given the severity of what was being said that he did to her!
Guess there's more to this story than what's being told so far…
We're sure we'll find out soon enough!
