Time for a New Air Filter?

Driving around with a dirty air filter is like trying to run a marathon wearing a drywaller's used dust mask. It can be done, but you're working way too hard to get air where it needs to go. The debate over whether or not a dirty air filter affects gas mileage rages endlessly, but regardless of which side of this argument you fall, it's hard to argue against changing your air filter altogether. Don't get your air filter changed at the car wash, replace your air filter yourself and save some cash while you save your car's breath.

Installing the new Air Filter
You will want to install the new air filter exactly where the old one was. It should fit very easily and be a snug fit. Once you have installed the new Air Filter you want to close the air box back up. As the saying goes, "installation is the reverse of removal." Your air box servicing is now complete, your car will thank you.
