The Davido versus Dr. Sid altercation has taken the web by storm with their fans wondering what really went down. Sources say the argument happened in South Africa where Davido had gone to meet Dr. Sid’s crew after a concert in Botswana.
Both crews, the MAVIN including Wande Coal and other MAVIN stars were lodged in the same
hotel where they all sat to have a chat. The discussions gradually
gravitated towards the D’banj and continued to get heated by the second with everyone present adding their two-cents.

Sources say contrary to speculation that the conversation was recorded by Davido due to his obvious proximity to the recording device, the recording was done by one of D’banj’s PA and old friend of Dr. Sid popularly known as Evil.
Others say the leak was orchestrated by former Mo’Hits hype-man, Edward Chukuma-Jiah, also known as Special Ed who may have been present when Dr. Sid was pouring out his mind to Davido.
The cat has been let out of the bag but the motive behind the recording and its subsequent release to the media still remains unclear but what is clear is that these sort of incidents can only serve to widen the rift between the two former Mo’Hits Records supremo, D’banj and Don Jazzy.
We doubt if we will get to hear either D’banj or Don Jazzy comment on the developing story but it won’t hurt to hear them join the raging conversation.
No matter how the pendulum swings, this question still continues to pop-up: Where do you belong, Team D’banj or Team Don Jazzy? There is no sitting on the fence on this issue.
