Last week, Barbz went Sierra Leone to visit and support Zainab at a cancer event. While there, the 2 models and former Big Brother Africa StarGame contestants engaged in some girl-on-girl action, held hands and shared the photos on social networking site Twitter, raising controversy as to whether they are dating.
